Cool, calm and collected with a welcoming personality make Alli a favorite among couples. Alli treats each wedding as if it were her own and her couples become family. She’s highly detail-oriented and thrives on exceeding couples expectations. She will help you envision your wedding and then execute your vision to perfection.

Associate Coordinator

Armed with a ton of knowledge, Nicole is the perfect tour guide. She'll listen to your vision and help you visualize it at Casa Real. Known for her nurturing personality, she's the friend you always wanted – someone who will ensure you are taken care of every step of the way in planning your wedding.

TYLER GIOVANETTI
Property Manager

Each day Tyler patrols the property to ensure that it is picture-perfect. Meticulous by nature, he sees things that others do not and is the go-to person for anything needed by the rest of the team. Whether it is landscaping, repairs to the building, or moving items from storage, he is the person behind the scenes making the property run smoothly and giving it a polished look.

Executive Chef

Greg has been a constant in the kitchen since the opening of Casa Real’s sister property, the Palm in 2004. He’s grown up cooking for events and prides himself on crafting the perfect meal for every guest. Lovable, yet sarcastic, Greg is everyone’s best friend and voice of reason. He is a specialist in fine-dining cuisine and enjoys creating the perfect atmosphere for your event through his food.

General Manager

With a warm and welcoming personality, Marlene is a true people person. She loves interacting with every person who steps foot on the property. As General Manager, she orchestrates and ensures that all departments work smoothly together to perfectly plan weddings.

Evonae knows how to throw a fabulous party. She is fun-loving, highly experienced, and passionate about making guests feel attended to and comfortable. A self-described foodie and perfectionist, she ensures every meal service runs flawlessly and looks effortless.

NICOLE SANDERS
Banquet Manager

Nicole originally started as a server with us and then a part-time banquet captain. She learned on the job how to make a couple’s day perfect and along the way we fell head over heels for her. We were thrilled when she agreed to be part of our full-time team. She’s always willing to lend a helping hand and is super sweet. She’s in charge of all the staff during your event, ensuring meal service runs smoothly and all events go off without a hitch.
